There was a disruption to credit card processing services on some of our PCI networks (i1, i2) from 9/29/2021 approximately 3:00pm until 9/30/2021 11:25am. The impact was that end users attempting credit card transactions experienced a "credit card transaction error" message, and their transaction was voided. The disruption was caused by network security restrictions within the secure PCI network that prevented a security infrastructure update, which in turn caused a processing disruption. A list of customers and affected transactions will be provided shortly.
